M.B. was Star Author this week! He wrote about Grandparent's Day!!!

This Grandparent’s day we had so much fun first we went to school then we did DLR then checked it. Next we went to the gym to sit on the ground so we could watch people do stuff then it was second grades turn witch is my turn. We made signs with letters and it spelled grandparents rock grandparents rock grandparents rock!!! Then we went in to our class room and our grandparents went with us. Then we gave our grandparents a test like where were you born. Then Mrs. Corsino put on a slide show of  my class after the slide show we ate lunch. After lunch we had extra recess because we did excellent on the grandparents rock thing. Last we went outside to play.

In the  Future

 One day in the future 1,000 days   from now  a kid  named  Jason was at his house  and he herd a bell  ring.  Quickly he  ran and told his mom,’’The bell. The bell. It rang.’’ [In the future if you hear a bell ring that means the bank is being robed.] Quickly  call  the  poleice.[In the future  if  you’re the clostest to the place  that’s

  being robed[Jason is]  it’s your job to call the poliece.] Jason  did. Sudenly,  out of   nowere   poped out ten cops and they started casing the rober.  [In the   future they have ships  for cars and jet-packs for moder  cycles.] The   poleice’s ships and jet-packs  are the fastest ones ever created. Eventualey,  the  rober’s   ship ran out of gass and frll out of the air and the rober was taken to jail. Everyone was happy the rober was taken to jail because robbers get really danderus  in the future because in the past robbers have seen other robbers been taken to jail in the past    and   they don’t want to end up like them. Jason didn’t know why robbers stil rob if they don’t want to go to jail. No one knew why. 20 years later Jason got a job as a cop. He started out learning what all the buttons did in the ships and on the jet-packs. Then, he started learning how fast to go at what time.’’ Now   I can go catch robbers. ‘’ He   thought. After he started trying he wasn’t that good but after a while   he got   beter, and beter, until he was the best cop there ever was. After a whilethere no more robbers and every one in jail turned good.

Once ther was a mirmade named ava  she had butful long  blound hair and her tale was pink. one day she saw a big ugly shark she was as skrd as a puppy and she swam as fast as lian. wen she got home she was balling like a baby.  Her mommy  Willa rapt her smoth arms around her  and her daddy andy wakt threw the door. He a sk hrr what

was rong. then he wakt away .the next day ava wakt by her best frend star and kaiya.they askt her wy did  you swem away. Because a big agly shark they noted ther head.then her teather mrs.corsino the star fish  ther class room was a beach char.then the big ulgy shark swam in then abby skrimd.then Johnny the fish swam by  and skrimd. then Vivian the doiphin swam by. and she skrimd  then jake  the lobstar crold  by and laugh then ava seed this is a good  shark  then they had a good ending   to that part. Then gale the fish sead we are all frinds.    Then  Jordan sead I am glad  that we are all frinds. then they smiled  Jordan is a  good shark.

The Mystery About the Black Cape

        It was a cool breeze morning, when a boy named Kanen Prill ( Or K.P.) woke up for school. He got dressed and went down stairs. It was his birthday. He said to his mother,” When is school?” His mother said,” Remember, you don’t need to worry about it. Just eat your breakfast.” His father came with a black cape. His father said,” I got this for you!” K.P. doesn’t see his father a lot because he travls. His mother intrupped “ the moment” and said,” Well I guess somebody is going to miss the bus!” But instead of interrupting “ the moment’’, he gave his father a hug. But then, he got up and got ready for school. And he didn’t forget his cape. K.P. got on the bus and said,” Bye! Adios! That’s a word for something in Spanish!’’ His mother and father laughed  at his sense of humor. He put on his cape. He said to his friends,’’ Hi!” Then his friends screamed. They all said, (This time add your eathuseasum) “ There is a goast! On this very bus!” K.P. looked at himself and thought,” Wow! I’m toataly invisible!” He took of his cape  and then he saw himself. He sat next to his friend Dasin. Dasin said,” Everybody said there was a goast on the bus.” But K.P. didn’t want to blow it out. So, he just wouldn’t tell anybody. When he got off the bus, he put on his cape. When he got in his class room, his teacher Mrs.Alsain(His forth grade teacher) was taking intendance when she called K.P. but he didn’t say his name. Then he came to Mrs.Alsain’s desk and said,” Mwah ha ha!” She screamed. Then he went outside and took off his cape. He came back in and went to his desk. Everybody was scared, except for K.P. When he was starting to do math (Division) he just put on his cape. He went to Mrs.Alsain’s desk (Again) and said,” Get out! Stay away!” Then Mrs.Alsain  said,” Everybody! Recess time for the rest of the day!” Then when K.P. got outside, he took off his cape. Now K.P. loved his cape so much, that he wanted to wear it every day. So at recess he wanted to do more “Pranks.” But he thought he rather have fun then just do “Pranks.” So he talked to his friends Ryan and Dasin. They both were talking about “The Ghost.” But K.P. said,” Don’t worry guys! Since the ghost showed up, we get extra recess!” They nodded at his idea. K.P. said,”Now let’s talk about something else. Or something else even better, pranks!” Ryan and Dasin looked puzzled because, they not very often get to do pranks. They didn’t even call them pranks, they’ll call them tricks! But that didn’t stop K.P., because he said,” Remember the poems?” He said that because they always would make poems to do tricks to know what they’ll do next. Like this:  

Were going to trick the substitute  teacher that our recess is a hour~                           And we are gonna be the ones with all of the power.

We can be the masters of all the tricks~

When she can’t see us behind her back

We’ll get out our toothpicks.

            But they always got busted by this kid who would always saw them coming onto the playground and when they were talking about the poems. So they  shook their heads and refused to do it. K.P. thought he could mabey scare everybody on the playground. So he got on his cape. He started  to run around and said,” I said get away from this school!” Everybody sreamed. K.P. wanted to join in to so he took off his cape and started to scream to. Then Mrs.Alsain went to the pirincaples office and told him that the school was hanted. He frowned and said,” There is no such thing as a hanted school.” He came outside and saw everybody screaming. That’s when K.P. saw the principle and quickly put on his cape. And said,” Get away now!” The principle got a chill down his spine. So he quick went to his computer and e-mailed every parent in the school and told all off the parents the same thing, the school is closed till ferthar notice. All of the children parent’s came to the school. And K.P. took off his cape. When he was going home his mother said,” I wonder why they closed the school?” K.P. told his mother the whole story. When they got home they had K.P.’s favorite food, spigette. His mother talked about getting a new school. K.P. thought that could be okay getting a new fresh school. When he was getting ready for bed, he thought about all the new friends. But before he went to bed, he called his friend’s about his new school. They said,” I’m going to the same school as you! And did you here on the news that their turning the school into a huge video game store?” K.P. thought that was awesome. When K.P. went to sleep, he thought life was going to be good. When he woke up, he got dressed and came and came down stairs, with his black cape. He got his breakfast and ran out to the bus and got on his black cape. It started to rain, then his black cape didn’t make him invisible! He wishpered and said,’’ Uh, oh.” And then the thread started to un-thread. When got on the bus, he saw his friend’s. When he got at his new school , he greeted his new teacher Miss.Hayley. She said,” Now go in your seat and do your work!” She had a sweet voice. The day went fast for K.P. at his new school. When he got home he told his father that his black cape has un-threaded. His father said,” Don’t worry. I can give you a new one.” That was good for K.P. because, he never wanted to mess up anything ever again.
